A. S.A.P. Labs Property:

All content on this website, including all custom Vinyl Heat Press designs, product mockups, logos, text, graphics, and underlying software, is the exclusive property of S.A.P. Labs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this site without our express written permission.

B. Customer Submitted Designs:

• When a customer submits a design, logo, or artwork for Vinyl Heat Press services, the customer warrants and guarantees that they are the legal owner of the design or have the full legal right and license to use that design.

• The customer agrees to indemnify and hold S.A.P. Labs harmless from any and all claims, damages, or legal costs arising from any actual or alleged copyright or trademark infringement related to the customer's submitted design.

 

3. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

A. Disclaimer: Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free.

B. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

 

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
